• Knowledge of Food and Beverage operations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient operation of the In Room Dining and Club department.
• Develop productive goals and guidelines with the Food and Beverage Manager.
• Ensure compliance with LQA standards and guest service excellence.

Skills

Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Familiarity with OPERA and MICROS hotel systems

Fluent in English
