Job summary

Responsibilities

• Record transactions in MICROS system at time of order and ensure accuracy.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction after each course.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware and utensils.
• Complete closing duties including restocking and turnover of station.
• Present checks to guests and process payment.
