Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel.
• Ability to work different shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sincere sense of welcome and hospitality to all guests.
• Escort guests to the rooms respecting hotel policy and procedures.
• Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints politely and efficiently.
• Maintain up to date Guest Profile database in PMS.
• Ensure high recognition of IHG Rewards Club members.

Skills

Verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of Opera PMS

Fluency in English

German speaking

French speaking
