Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in marketing or related professional area.
• Strong luxury hotel or luxury brand background preferred.
• Fluency in English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop hotel brochures or any other form of collateral.
• Manage photo and video shoots and conduct location scouts.
• Process financial documentation to secure outsourced work.
• Write basic ad copy for commercial communications.
• Project manage marketing campaigns with various departments.
• Serve as a brand guardian ensuring compliance with brand standards.
• Liaise with creative agencies and stakeholders.
• Proof-read all communication materials.
• Design in-house collateral including flyers and posters.
• Handle media requests in absence of PR and Marketing Manager.
