A leading hospitality company in Dubai is seeking an experienced professional in sales and business development to drive revenue and bookings across diverse segments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years in hospitality sales, with strong roots in the GCC market and a passion for wellness and authentic guest experiences. This full-time role offers competitive compensation and opportunities for growth within a global brand family.
Revenue Generation & Business Development
Proactively drive bookings and revenue across diverse segments such as wellness retreats group bookings brand collaborations and seasonal packages.
Identify pursue and close new business opportunities expanding the propertys reach in experiential and eco-conscious travel markets.
Sales Strategy & Market Insight
Develop and implement targeted sales strategies that align with the propertys unique positioning and market trends.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and emerging segments.
Client Relationship Management
Manage and grow relationships with key partners including DMCs tour operators lifestyle brands wellness curators and corporate clients.
Deliver a personalised consultative sales approach to nurture long-term client loyalty and maximise repeat business.
Collaboration & Experience Integration
Work closely with marketing and on-site teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with brand campaigns and guest experience standards.
Support the development of unique experience packages that seamlessly combine adventure wellness and local culture.
Sales Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Track and analyse sales performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimise sales efforts.
Provide regular updates and market insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications :
7 years of experience in hospitality sales with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven success in GCC markets ideally with time spent based in the region.
Background in luxury lifestyle or experiential hospitality.
Strong network across corporate clients travel agencies tour operators and government entities.
Arabic language skills are highly valued.
Strong sales negotiation and communication skills.
Passion for nature wellness and creating authentic guest experiences.
