Job summary

India Abroad is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Manager to lead day-to-day hotel housekeeping operations in Abu-Dhabi. You will supervise staff, ensure high cleanliness standards, and implement efficient systems for supplies and equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in hospitality management.
• Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping role is essential.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the cleaning staff to ensure all areas of the hotel are maintained to a high standard
• Ensure that all housekeeping equipment is in good working order and maintained regularly
• Develop and implement efficient systems to manage supplies, linen, and other consumables
• Develop and implement guidelines, policies, and procedures related to housekeeping operations
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, toiletries, linens, etc., and place orders as required
• Investigate guest complaints related to cleanliness or service issues
• Respond quickly and efficiently to guest queries or requests
