Qualifications

• Proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona or V-Ray, and Revit.
• Strong portfolio of modern and classical interiors.
• Rendering in multiple frames (wide, detail, mood shots).
• Excellent knowledge of high-end furniture brands and materials.

Responsibilities

• Translate layouts into photorealistic 3D visualisations for client presentations.
• Prepare furniture layouts, joinery, ceiling, flooring, and lighting details with design/MEP teams.
• Apply accurate materials and lighting to renders reflecting luxury finishes.
• Coordinate with Design and Project Managers to align outputs with budgets and site conditions.
• Support production of presentation boards and design books for villa handover.
• Coordinate with site teams and procurement to ensure design intent is buildable.
• Incorporate client feedback and manage version control.
• Conduct periodic site visits to verify design accuracy.
• Maintain a library of textures, materials, and reference imagery.
