Qualifications

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, Arabic coffee, and other beverages to guests in the lobby and lounge areas.
Greet guests warmly and maintain a professional, friendly, and welcoming presence.
Provide beverage service to VIP guests, hotel visitors, and residents.
Ensure beverages are prepared to hotel quality and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee stations and equipment.
Monitor and replenish beverage supplies and refreshments.
Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations teams to meet guest needs.
Handle guest requests, preferences, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Support hotel events, VIP arrivals, and special functions in the lobby area.
