Job summary

Minor International is seeking a Waiter InRoom Dining in Dubai to deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests in their rooms. You will prepare rooms for service, present menus, and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery.

We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused individual with strong English, a passion for service, and the ability to work well in a team. This full-time role involves working in-room dining operations within a luxury hotel in Dubai.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage/In Room Dining operations.
• Passion for excellent service.
• Excellent team player.
• English speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up trays or tables with appropriate cutlery, china and accompaniments.
• Deliver meals and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner.
• Explain menu items, daily specials and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate billing records.
• Collect and remove trays, dishes and utensils from guest rooms after meals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of in-room dining equipment and storage areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely preparation.
• Address guest concerns or special requests promptly and courteously.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
