Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton in Abu Dhabi is seeking a hospitality-focused host to warmly greet guests, manage seating, and support the dining team. You will help ensure smooth service by presenting menus, arranging tables, and maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the dining area.

Responsibilities include guiding guests through the dining rooms, assisting guests with special seating needs, and upholding The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards of service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No related work experience required.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and determine the number in their party.
• Seat guests by finding a clean, available table and presenting menus.
• Move and arrange tables, chairs and settings for groups with special needs.
• Ensure place settings, napkins and cutlery are ready and clean.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, safety and guest well‑being.
• Follow safety policies and report incidents to management.
• Maintain professional appearance and protect company assets.
• Provide good service and support to teammates as needed.
