Chevron is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Team Lead to drive commercial execution and business growth for our Lubricants portfolio across 30 territories in the Middle East, Africa, and India. This is a strategically complex and commercially demanding leadership role, responsible for managing a large P&L and leading a team of 6 direct reports.
Full P&L ownership for a multi-country, multi-model business (indirect, direct, JV, licensee, OEM).
Lead execution of country and regional strategies to deliver superior lubricants performance across B2B and B2C channels.
Oversee commercial delivery, including offer design, pricing execution, and marketing program deployment.
Strengthen relationships with OEMs, JVs, distributors, and licensees to capture growth opportunities.
Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics; provide actionable recommendations to sustain growth.
Ensure compliance with country-specific laws, export regulations, and Chevron policies.
Lead cross-functional teams in Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Drive operational excellence, digital transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Represent Chevron in high-profile customer and partner engagements.
Strategic Leadership & Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to lead large, complex, cross-regional businesses and deliver consistent value in dynamic environments.
Advanced P&L and Cost Leadership: Demonstrated expertise in managing profitability, driving cost efficiency, and navigating currency, inflation, and supply-chain volatility.
Negotiation & Partnership Management: Skilled in senior-level stakeholder engagement with joint-venture partners, licensees, distributors, and government authorities.
Sales & Route-to-Market Excellence: Deep experience in distributor development, channel optimization, and execution discipline across multi-channel markets.
Turnaround & Transformation Capability: Track record of stabilizing underperforming markets and restoring profitable growth.
Cross-cultural Leadership: Adept at leading, coaching, and motivating diverse teams across multiple geographies and cultural contexts.
Operational Agility & Resilience: Ability to manage ambiguity, balance risk and opportunity, and ensure compliance while maintaining commercial momentum.
