Job summary

GRG in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior professional to lead LP fund operations and portfolio monitoring for a diversified private equity platform. You will review fund performance, capital activity, and complex structures, interfacing with GPs, administrators, auditors and senior stakeholders.

The role requires strong LP-private equity knowledge, senior reporting skills, and the confidence to challenge figures while communicating clearly to executives. Abu Dhabi-based, full-time role.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in private equity fund operations, fund accounting or investment finance.
• Strong LP-side understanding of private equity funds, capital calls, distributions and NAV.
• Detailed knowledge of LPAs, PPMs, capital accounts and fund reporting.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to produce senior-management reporting.
• Ability to challenge calculations and communicate complex fund matters clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monitoring of an LP portfolio and co-investments across funds.
• Review quarterly fund financial statements, capital accounts and GP reporting.
• Analyze capital calls, distributions, LP allocations and related discrepancies.
• Prepare senior-management reports translating fund performance into insights.
• Engage with GPs, fund administrators, auditors and portfolio finance teams.
