What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

  • Manage complete shift operations for assigned delivery shifts.
  • Oversee roster planning and ensure adherence for delivery associates, core colleagues, and fleet partners.
  • Ensure timely handover and dispatch of orders, with minimal delivery breaches and maximum on-time completion.
  • Respond promptly to pre-alerts from the warehouse or source hub regarding transfers or urgent orders.
  • Adhere to operational SOPs for exceptions including failed attempts, damaged parcels, or delivery issues.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and effective handling of escalations or operational crises.
  • Maintain staff health, safety, and compliance during the shift.
  • Manage customer-initiated returns (CIRs) in line with company policy.
  • Coordinate directly with 3rd-party vendors or fleet partners for concerns such as absenteeism or operational delays.
  • Submit end-of-shift reports covering operational activities, exceptions, and key metrics; ensure 100% closure of cash collections (if COD applies).
  • Train and guide delivery associates and colleagues on SOPs, routes, and process updates.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations, managing large teams in logistics, last mile, or related fields.
  • Strong experience in handling truckloads, line haul updates, and parcel carriers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel.
