• Supervise and coordinate all logistics operations including shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution.
• Plan and monitor import and export activities, ensuring compliance with UAE customs and documentation requirements.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport companies to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and resolve logistics issues promptly.
• Prepare and review shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in warehouse and transport operations.
• Evaluate logistics performance and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Supervise and train logistics staff; coordinate with procurement and sales teams.
