Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations advantageous.
• Basic understanding of shipment coordination, delivery scheduling, and logistics documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations, including transportation, scheduling, collection and delivery activities.
• Monitor shipments and ensure transport and delivery according to schedules.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, suppliers, customers, and transport partners.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, delivery notes, invoices, consignment records and related paperwork.
• Track shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
• Assist with route planning and delivery coordination to improve efficiency.
• Maintain records of shipments, vehicle movements, and logistics transactions.
