The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in logistics or a related field, preferably within the oil industry, and possess strong problem-solving skills with proficiency in relevant software.

Key Responsibilities :

• Inventory Control :

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.

• Ensure optimal stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishments.
• Warehouse Operations :

Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of materials to maximize warehouse efficiency.
• Logistics Management :

Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective logistics operations.

• Monitor and track shipments to ensure smooth movement of goods.
• Supply Chain Coordination :

Work closely with procurement and suppliers to manage supply chain activities.

• Assist in developing strategies for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Administrative Tasks :

Maintain and update logistics documentation, including delivery notes, invoices, and reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
