Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized candidate for Logistics with 7–10 years of experience in Master Development & infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will support the efficient execution of logistics, HSE, security, and administrative functions, contributing to smooth site operations and compliance with internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Including but not limited to:
Process Control & Data Management
- Maintain centralized and updated data records for Logistics and HSE Departments in shared folders.
- Ensure all records related to security, administration, and logistics workflows are logged and traceable.
- Assist in the implementation and documentation of SOPs, workflows, and operational processes.
Access & Coordination
- Prepare and submit contractor and consultant access passes in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure compliance with logistics deliverables post - mobilization.
- Maintain records for Temporary Land Acquisition Requests (TLAR) and ensure proper documentation.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and submit the monthly Logistics Dashboard and project logistics layout updates.
- Monitor and keep updated records of utility consumption, including Sweet water, Diesel, Drinking water & Sewage removal.
- Review and verify invoices with relevant supporting documents for line manager approval.
Sustainability
- Submit monthly reports on carbon footprint and other sustainability indicators to Management.
Security Management
- Support 24x7 access control, including material gate passes and site access procedures.
Asset & Fleet Management
- Maintain and manage records for: Employer's yard and inventories, IT assets provided to the supervision team, control samples and other company assets.
- Ensure timely and cost - effective maintenance of site offices and premises.
- Monitor fleet operations, including vehicle refuelling, servicing, and scheduling.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in logistics/HSE within Master Development & infrastructure projects.
- Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHAD).
- Familiarity with UAE safety regulations, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage time‑sensitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- UAE driving license and personal vehicle – mandatory.
