Job Title: Logistics Executive

To help us maintain our high standards of service, we are seeking an experienced and accomplished Logistics Executive to drive both innovation and execution in our busy last mile network.

Key Job Responsibilities

1. The Logistics Executive provides on-ground support to the Ops team and Program Team with initiatives that require complex investigation and proactivity.
2. With a mix of operational and program expertise, the Logistics Executive works with various stakeholders to support, monitor, and drive resolution of operational call-outs to minimize overall business risk and maintain the high Amazon quality bar.
3. You should be able to dive deep, scrutinize details, and foresee data implications.
4. The Logistics Executive is a critical role in the Variable Program team organization, serving as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, aligning with business objectives.
5. Being organized, prompt in notifying operational issues, problem-solving, and detail-oriented are essential qualities.
6. Supporting the Program team by gathering insights to enhance program lifecycle and ensure Amazon standards and partner experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in investigations related to managing contacts, determining root causes, and tracking process initiatives.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites simultaneously with attention to detail.
• UAE national with family book.
