Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
0–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, ideally within a contracting / construction company.
Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with tracking sheets, inventory control and vendor management.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the supply chain network to ensure timely delivery of materials to site
Maintain and update tracking lists, inventory lists and vendor lists
Prepare clear, accurate logistics reports and presentations for management
Manage and monitor logistics-related expenses
Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, site teams and internal stakeholders
Support fast-track projects and respond quickly to changing priorities
