We
have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Centre
Consultant
. You will support the PSLD leadership team
with business insights and analytics on key logistics and
operational topics. Further you will implement and continuously
improve all logistics processes to maximize efficiency and
productivity leveraging digital skills and data driven decision
making.

Job
Duties/Responsibilities may include but are not limited
to:

  • Applying lean
    manufacturing principles to assist with the implementation of
    efficient and competitive logistics
    solutions.
  • Coordinating with engineering
    manufacturing operations and supply chain functions to define
    critical parameters and develop plans for process control and
    improvements.
  • Maintaining the internal
    logistics process engineering standards knowledge and tools;
    Assuring their implementation in current and new
    operations.
  • Evaluating logistics processes and
    workflows conducting root cause analysis and implementing
    corrective actions for process-related
    concerns.

Qualifications
&
Requirements:

  • Bachelors
    degree or higher
  • 2 to 5 years experience in
    warehousing / distribution operations /
    transportation
  • Strong data analysis and
    visualization skillset (e.g. PowerBI Excel SQL
    queries).
  • Python is a
    plus

and efficient movement of materials and finished products. Ability
to perform monitor and improve processes related to storage and
handling of heterogenous
parts
