Job summary

Qualifications

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Lobby Waitress to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Lobby Waitress you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests in the hotel lobby area ensuring their dining experience is memorable and satisfying.

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve meals snacks and beverages in the lobby area
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby dining area
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down lobby dining areas as needed
  • Provide recommendations on menu items when asked
  • Maintain knowledge of daily specials menu changes and promotions
