Position : Lobby Lounge Waitress

Swiss Connect Solutions is seeking a friendly and professional Female Lobby Waitress to join at a 5 Star Hotel based in Dubai.The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong desire to provide excellent service to our guests. As a Lobby Waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant and enjoyable experience in our lobby area.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet guests as they enter the lobby and assist them with any inquiries or requests
• Provide food and beverage service to guests in the lobby area
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
• Take and deliver orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Assist with setting up and organizing events in the lobby area
• Monitor and replenish supplies in the lobby area, such as condiments, napkins, and utensils
• Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the lobby area
• Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations

Qualifications :

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy

Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Knowledge of food and beverage service standards

Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus

Contract Details :

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The working hours will be determined by the needs of the business and may include evenings and weekends.

Salary Package :

Basic Salary : AED 1300- AED1500 + Tips + Service Charge
