• 5–8 years in crypto/fintech/exchange operations or lending with leadership experience.
• Proven record of leading multi-team launches with rigorous UAT.
• Solid understanding of lending mechanics like LTV and liquidation.

Responsibilities

• Set quarterly campaign strategy and calendar for growth.
• Orchestrate execution across teams for campaigns.
• Manage collateral listing/delisting with various stakeholders.
