Job summary

AHS Properties is seeking an experienced Housekeeper for a UHNW private residence in Dubai to maintain immaculate cleanliness, presentation, and organization across all living spaces, with discretion and exceptional attention to detail.

This role includes bedrooms, bathrooms, living and guest areas, laundry, wardrobe care, and light service. Live-in arrangements may be available, and candidates should have 3–5 years in luxury household housekeeping and a professional, service‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of housekeeping experience in UHNW private households, luxury residences, palaces, or high-end hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, dining spaces, dressing rooms, and other household spaces.
• Perform daily and periodic deep-cleaning duties in line with household standards.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, polish, and clean surfaces using appropriate products and equipment.
• Prepare rooms according to principal’s preferences and daily schedule; maintain guest room standards.
• Handle delicate surfaces, luxury furnishings, artwork, and high-value items with care.
• Manage laundry, ironing, folding, steaming, and wardrobe organization.
• Monitor linens and supplies; report shortages or replacements.
• Organize and replenish household items and amenities; assist with events or special occasions.
• Support the household team with routine duties and light serving when required.
• Maintain confidentiality, security procedures, and professional conduct.
