Job summary

The role requires supervisory experience in a legal setting, strong knowledge of legal terminology, and excellent organizational and communication skills to support senior staff in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily activities of the legal support team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Assist in workload management, task assignment, and progress monitoring to meet deadlines.
• Prepare documentation, gather information, and liaise with clients or stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.
