Job summary

Flip retail in Sharjah is seeking a LINE COOK / Commi Chef to join our kitchen team. You will set up chef terminals and stock them with the required prep products, ensuring smooth line operation.

Prepare foods on the line by cutting, blending, grilling, frying, sautéing, and broiling according to standardized recipes. Maintain cleanliness and safety, take stock before and after shifts, and assist with inventory.

Qualifications

• 2 years of LINE COOK or COMMI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Setting up chef terminals and stocking them with the required preparation products.
• Preparing food on the line by cutting, blending, cutting, and making sauces.
• Handling on-line food prep including grilling, frying, cutting, sauteing and broiling to quality guidelines.
• Maintaining tidiness and health criteria and following local food safety laws.
• Handling and storing food securely and properly.
• Taking stock counts before and after shifts and completing food inventory sheets.
