Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lighting Drafter located in Sharjah. The Lighting Drafter will be responsible for creating detailed lighting plans, collaborating with the design team, and ensuring designs meet all regulatory standards. Daily tasks include drafting lighting designs, reviewing project specifications, and coordinating with engineers and architects to integrate lighting systems into overall project plans.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting Technology, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in drafting for MEP or lighting companies
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D); 3D Max is a plus
• Experience with Dialux, and other lighting calculation software
• Strong knowledge of lighting fixtures, specifications, and photometric data
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and electrical plans
• High attention to detail and accuracy in drawings
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines
