Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine vehicle checks (fuel, tires, oil, and other essentials).

• Assist with errands, document deliveries, and other transportation tasks as required.

Job description

• Responsible for staff pick-up and drop-off services as per the assigned schedule and route.

• Provide pick-up and drop-off services for office guests, visitors, and clients as instructed.

• Perform official transportation duties assigned by the Line Manager.

• Ensure the assigned company vehicle is kept clean, safe, and in good working condition.

• Conduct routine checks of the vehicle, including fuel, tires, oil, and other essential requirements.

• Follow all UAE traffic rules, company policies, and safety procedures while driving.

• Maintain punctuality and ensure staff and guests reach their destinations safely and on time.

• Assist with official errands, document deliveries, and other transportation-related tasks when required.

• Maintain proper records of trips, fuel usage, vehicle maintenance, and other required documentation.

• Immediately report any vehicle issues, accidents, delays, or safety concerns to the Line Manager.

• Maintain professional, respectful, and confidential conduct when dealing with staff, guests, and visitors.

• Perform any other reasonable duties related to transportation and office operations as assigned by the Line Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of driving experience in the UAE, preferably with experience in staff transportation, office duties, and guest/visitor pick-up and drop-off.

• Valid UAE driving license with a clean and safe driving record.

• Good knowledge of UAE roads, locations, routes, and traffic regulations.

• Able to converse and communicate effectively in English with staff, guests, and management.

• Immediately available to join.
