Job summary

Imperial Space Contracting LLC in Dubai seeks a reliable Company Driver to transport office staff safely and punctually, maintaining the vehicle and following UAE traffic rules.

You will plan routes, conduct daily inspections, and assist with courier tasks when needed, while ensuring passenger safety and confidentiality throughout all trips.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence.
• Experience as a Company Driver or Office Driver preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, traffic regulations and navigation systems.
• Strong time management, communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance, punctuality and responsible attitude.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks.
• Flexibility to work according to operational requirements on visit visa or cancelled visa.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, fuel level, and overall condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Keep accurate records of daily trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
• Assist with office-related transportation tasks, including document delivery, bank visits, and courier services when required.
• Plan efficient routes using GPS and traffic updates to minimize travel time.
• Ensure the safety, comfort, and confidentiality of passengers during transportation.
• Support general office transportation requirements as assigned by management.

Requirements
