Job summary

Robt Stone (ME) LLC is seeking a Lifting Supervisor with extensive oil & gas lifting experience to oversee critical operations on offshore or onshore sites. You will lead Crane Operators, Riggers and Banksmen, ensuring safe lifting practices and strict adherence to HSE standards across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate holds a 3-year Mechanical Engineering diploma or equivalent, with at least 5 years in lifting roles and 3 years in a similar supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in oil & gas lifting, with minimum 3 years in a similar supervisory role.
• 3-year Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience supervising lifting operations and personnel in offshore/onshore sites.
• Strong focus on HSE policies and safe lifting practices.
• Ability to train and assess lifting crews per ADNOC-like standards.

Job description

We are looking to hire Lifting supervisor nbsp

• (i) Hold 3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent or experienced Authorized established Supervisory position in the GCs who has to play the role of Lifting Supervisor in his job description i.e. Driller, Assistant Driller and Labor Foreman.
• (ii) Have relevant oil & gas offshore and onshore lifting related experience of not less than 5 years with minimum 3 years in a similar position;
• (iii) Have adequate training and hands on professional experience and be competent to act as a Lifting Supervisor for lifting equipment;
• (iv) Be able to supervise and execute critical lifting in Drilling oil & gas companies;
• (v) Have focus on HSE priorities and lead a team of Crane Operators, Riggers and Banksmen for Safe Lifting Practices across different locations of the organization;
• (vi) Be trained for the 4-day course of Lifting Supervisor by an ADNOC Drilling approved Training Company using approved Tutor and be assessed every 3 years, as defined in 0. He shall be trained and assessed on the same type of offshore or onshore Crane i.e. offshore Lifting Supervisor Course is different than Mobile Crane Lifting Supervisor Course.
