Job summary

Dynamic Staffing Services seeks a competent professional to coordinate cranes, mobile equipment and rigging activities during shutdowns and turnarounds. The role requires planning rigging layouts, deploying crews, and ensuring all lifting operations follow HSE procedures.

The candidate should hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with extensive experience and a Certified Rigging Specialist certification, plus knowledge of PTW and lifting safety.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 710 years of relevant experience.
• Certified Rigging Specialist qualification.
• Experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical shutdown and turnaround projects.
• Good knowledge of cranes, mobile equipment, rigging tools, lifting plans and static equipment.
• Knowledge of HSE procedures, PTW and lifting safety requirements.
• Good English communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cranes, mobile equipment and rigging activities during shutdown/turnaround.
• Prepare rigging plans, crane layouts and equipment deployment schedules.
• Allocate cranes, operators, lead riggers and rigging crews as per project requirements.
• Ensure valid TPI certificates and inspection documents for cranes, lifting equipment and tools.
• Participate in JSA/FRA meetings and ensure safe lifting practices and HSE compliance.
• Monitor equipment condition, maintenance, deployment and movement within the plant.
• Coordinate with execution teams and ensure timely availability of lifting resources.
