Key Responsibilities
- Manage member requests in line with agreed deadlines, proposing premium restaurant, travel, entertainment, and retail options.
- Promote Ten’s full range of services and collaborate with teams in tickets, travel, motor, home improvement, etc.
- Maintain accurate administration and research in our knowledge‑manager system, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Negotiate benefits with suppliers (restaurants, transfers) and secure bookings when members cannot book themselves.
- Collect member feedback, send through appropriate channels, and encourage repeat use of the service.
- Support Team Leaders and Member Satisfaction team in resolving customer care issues related to member jobs.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English, Arabic and French is required.
- Excellent written & oral communication, with a strong “Can‑Do” attitude.
- Local knowledge of the Middle East (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha) and key Asian markets.
- Experience in travel, luxury lifestyle, hospitality, concierge or call‑centre environments.
- Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills, with a calm and professional manner at all times.
- Strong online research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Available on a full‑time basis; currently based in the UAE.
