Job summary

Marriott International is seeking a pool attendant to ensure guest safety and a clean, welcoming pool area. You will observe the swimming area, enforce rules, assist guests including those with disabilities, and report incidents with proper confidentiality.

Training in CPR and First Aid is required, as are local certifications for safety and equipment handling. The role demands physical stamina, ability to move towels and equipment, and professional communication to maintain a relaxing guest

Responsibilities

• Promote safety rules and regulations of the recreation facility.
• Provide assistance to injured guests until EMS arrives.
• Wash, mop, and clean the pool deck as needed.
• Report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions to manager.
