Qualifications

• Must have a valid Lifeguard License.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the pool area to ensure swimmer safety.
• Enforce pool rules politely but firmly.
• Perform rescue operations and administer First Aid/CPR in emergencies.
• Maintain a daily log of pool usage and incidents.
• Test water chemistry and inform the Supervisor.
• Skim debris, vacuum the pool floor, and clean tiles.
• Ensure cleanliness of pool deck and shower areas.
