Role Description The Licensed Massage Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, working within a wellness-focused environment that serves healthcare and lifestyle clients. The therapist will provide professional bodywork and therapeutic massage services, including relaxation and targeted treatments, in accordance with client needs and industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client consultations, assessing needs and contraindications, recommending appropriate massage techniques, and documenting treatment plans and outcomes. The therapist will maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment space, follow hygiene and infection-control protocols, and coordinate appointment scheduling and follow-ups with the front desk team. This role also involves educating clients on stress management, aftercare, and wellness practices, while delivering consistent, high-quality service that supports client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Therapeutic Massage and Body Massage techniques, with the ability to tailor treatments to individual client needs. Proficiency in Shiatsu or similar pressure-based modalities, with sound knowledge of indications, contraindications, and security considerations. Strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication, empathy, and the ability to build trust with a diverse client base. Ability to support clients with Stress Management strategies, integrating massage with relaxation and wellness guidance. Valid massage therapy license or certification recognized in the UAE, with eligibility to practice in Dubai. Experience in clinical, spa, or wellness settings, preferably within multidisciplinary or healthcare-related environments. Commitment to professional ethics, client confidentiality, and adherence to local regulatory and health standards. Physical stamina, good body mechanics, and attention to hygiene and infection-control best practices. Willingness to collaborate with reception, clinical, and advisory teams to enhance client experience and service quality.
