Job summary

Emirates is seeking a Licensed Flight Dispatcher to operate within Flight Operations in Dubai. The role involves exercising operational control, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating between flight crews, ground operations and third-party providers to support safe, efficient flight execution.

Responsibilities include route analysis, fuel planning, ETOPS strategy, and preparing flight releases and ATC plans.

Qualifications

• GCAA dispatch license or ICAO dispatch licence with regulatory recognition.
• At least three years documented experience as a dispatcher for a major airline (if no dispatch license).
• Proficiency in computerized Flight Planning and Flight Watch.

Responsibilities

• Analyze routes, fuel requirements, and ETOPS planning in accordance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and file ATC flight plans and flight releases for Emirates flights.
• Collaborate with ATC, operations, and ground teams to manage delays and disruptions.
• Monitor ongoing flights and adjust plans to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Support dispatch during disruption events and perform route familiarization checks.
