Job summary

Emirates Group is seeking a Licensed Flight Dispatcher to exercise operational control for Emirates flights in compliance with GCAA regulations. The role connects flight crews, ground ops, and third-party services to ensure safe, efficient operations from Dubai and outstations.

Responsibilities include route analysis, fuel planning, airport slot coordination, and ensuring proper flight releases and briefings.

Qualifications

• GCAA dispatch license required.
• ICAO dispatch license recognized by the GCAA; verification letter.
• At least five years documented dispatcher experience for major airlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze routes, fuel, and ETOPs for Emirates flights within legal and company requirements.
• Prepare and file ATC flight plans and ensure briefing documentation is provided to crews on time.
• Sign Flight Release and coordinate with operations, ground handling, and control agencies.
• Negotiate airport and airway slots to avoid delays; monitor flights to maintain safe envelope.
