Requires Diploma or Bachelor's in Library studies, 1–2 years' experience, and fluent English; Arabic is a plus. The school emphasizes a warm, inclusive environment with a modern library and family engagement.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills, written and oral.
• Arabic speaker is preferable.
• Strong interpersonal skills to aid in daily contact with parents in a diverse multi-cultural environment.
• Excellent office management skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering 'library information literacy' sessions to ensure students can find resources and become independent library users.
• Selecting and ordering new books appropriate to each grade level and curriculum needs.
• Liaising with teachers to distribute topic-related resources to classrooms as required.
• Cataloguing all resources into the Destiny Follett system according to Dewey; labeling and covering books.
• Maintaining the library database and updating records for students and teachers.
• Handling overdue books, payments for lost/damaged items, and repairing books.
• Maintaining an inviting library environment and promoting reading through displays.
