Responsibilities

• Assist patrons with locating materials in the library.
• Maintain current and accurate records of library materials.
• Process new acquisitions and prepare them for circulation.
• Monitor use of library materials and enforce lending policies.
• Assist patrons with the use of computers, technology and other resources in the library.
• Ensure that library policies are adhered to.
• Develop, promote and conduct educational programs for patrons.
• Develop new collections as necessary.
• Create catalogs for new items added to the collection.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, bookkeeping and organizing documents.
