Librarian Specialist - Sharjah, UAE

We are seeking a highly qualified Librarian Specialist to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Librarian Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization and management of the library's resources and services. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual with a strong background in library science to make a positive impact on our community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement library policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
- Manage the selection, acquisition, and cataloging of library materials
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of the library's collections
- Provide reference services to library patrons, including assisting with research inquiries and locating materials
- Develop and conduct training sessions for library staff on new technologies and resources
- Collaborate with faculty to integrate information literacy skills into curriculum
