  • Manage budgets, costs, and KPIs to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Qualifications
  • Male Levant nationals preferably in their 30s
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 3-4 years of restaurant management experience with Levant or Middle Eastern cuisine.
