Job summary

Astra Tech in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Business Operations Manager to act as the business PMO for our lending division. You will drive operational initiatives, ensure payment-related continuity, and coordinate cross-functional projects across Product, Tech, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.

The role focuses on execution excellence, stakeholder management, and process optimization to support business priorities and maintain stable, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, PMO, or related roles.
• Experience in fintech, lending, payments, banking, or financial services is preferred.
• Prior experience in payment operations, finance operations, reconciliation, or business process management is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across Product, Tech, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.
• Develop project plans, track milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify project risks and blockers and drive resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Establish governance and reporting mechanisms to improve execution visibility and accountability.
• Translate business requirements into actionable plans and track implementation progress.
• Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
