Job summary

Astra Tech in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Lifecycle Operations Manager to drive user lifecycle performance across lending products such as CashNow, SNPL, and Easy Cash, using data‑driven operations, segmentation, and retention strategies.

You will collaborate across Risk, Marketing, Product, and Data teams to optimize onboarding, activation, re‑borrowing, and lifecycle conversion, while supporting cross‑product growth and ecosystem collaborations within the Quantix lending ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in user/Lifecycle operations or growth ops.
• Experience in fintech, lending, or ecosystem-based products preferred.
• Proficient in SQL; Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize lifecycle strategies to boost activation, retention, and re-borrowing.
• Design and maintain user segmentation frameworks for activation and engagement.
• Collaborate with Risk, Marketing, Product, and Data teams to drive cross‑product growth.
• Analyze funnels and performance metrics; build dashboards and cohorts.
• Lead cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery of lifecycle initiatives.
• Support ecosystem traffic initiatives with internal teams.
