Charterhouse is currently working with an international law firm, who are looking to hire an enthusiastic Legal PA to join their successful team within their Dubai Office. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive professional who has prior experience within an International Firm.

About the Role

Based in Dubai, our client, an international law firm is looking for a pro‑active Legal PA to provide exceptional legal administrative support to a Partner and team of associates within their busy office environment. This role will be expected to multi‑task workloads, such as complex diary management, email management, scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.

The Legal PA must be able to perform various administrative duties, drafting and proof‑reading documents, PowerPoint presentations, organising and attending meetings and taking minutes.

This role will also collaborate with the Partners and Finance Team, responsible for monthly billings. In addition, you will support the Business Development Team to assist in events, marketing and carry out any ad hoc duties where required.

About You

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have experience working within a busy, corporate environment., ideally an international firm. The successful candidate will have a professional and personable approach with attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills, with eagerness to grow.

The ideal candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and be fully IT literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as fully competent in legal software.
