Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in legal support or banking operations.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Good knowledge of bank products, policies and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple cases.
• Independent thinking and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Legal teams and manage cases as required.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external law firms for case handling and documentation.
• Support engagement agreements with external law firms.
• Monitor and update legal case management systems and hearing schedules.
• Prepare reports on case progress and key findings.
• Review and track law firms' invoices; ensure alignment with terms.
• Coordinate with FCD for timely processing and payment.
• Prepare periodic reports on legal and collection cases.
• Maintain organized records of cases and correspondence.
• Support Risk and Control Self Assessment for Collection Unit activities.
• Monitor control points for compliance with internal policies.
