Job summary

Talents Tide is seeking an UAE National Manager, Legal in Dubai to lead the legal function for a leading healthcare organization. You will provide regulatory guidance, draft and negotiate contracts, and manage governance and compliance across corporate and commercial matters.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, a law degree, and excellent negotiation and stakeholder management. You will partner with HR, Finance, Procurement and operations to mitigate risk and ensure legal

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant legal experience.
• UAE National mandatory.
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, or regulated industries is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in contract drafting, review and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs and service agreements.
• Support corporate governance, resolutions, powers of attorney and statutory requirements.
• Advise on UAE laws, regulations and regulatory requirements.
• Support legal matters relating to healthcare operations, hospitals, clinics and pharmacies.
• Identify legal and contractual risks and mitigation measures.

We are looking for a UAE National - Manager, Legal to join a leading healthcare organization in Dubai.

The role will provide legal support across corporate and commercial matters, contracts, regulatory requirements, governance, compliance, and legal risk management, working closely with senior stakeholders and external legal advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial matters
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs and service agreements
• Support corporate governance, resolutions, powers of attorney and statutory requirements
• Advise on UAE laws, regulations and regulatory requirements
• Support legal matters relating to healthcare operations, hospitals, clinics and pharmacies
• Identify legal and contractual risks and recommend mitigation measures
• Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation, disputes, claims and legal notices
• Support legal policies, processes and governance frameworks
• Conduct legal research and monitor changes in UAE legislation
• Maintain records and trackers for contracts, litigation and compliance matters
• Partner with HR, Finance, Procurement, Operations, IT, Digital Health and Business teams

Requirements:

• UAE National
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience
• Strong experience in corporate, commercial, contracts and/or regulatory law
• Strong knowledge of UAE legal and regulatory frameworks
• Experience in contract drafting, review and negotiation
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication, analytical and commercial skills
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, technology, retail or another regulated industry is an advantage
