Qualifications

• LLB and UAE practicing license required.
• At least 3 years of legal advisory experience in healthcare.
• Knowledge of UAE/GCC regulatory frameworks.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide legal opinions to the Board of Directors.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure UAE compliance.
• Draft and interpret hospital by-laws, HR policies, and legal documents.
• Advise on personnel matters, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Represent in legal proceedings before courts and government bodies.
• Ensure policies align with UAE healthcare regulations.
