Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including lease agreements, tenancy contracts, service agreements, and other business contracts.
  • Represent the company or its clients in resolving rental disputes, including negotiation, mediation, and litigation support when required.
  • Provide legal advice, opinions, and risk assessments on landlord-tenant matters, contract law, and applicable regulatory issues.
  • Prepare legal documentation and support submissions for court or arbitration proceedings, if necessary

Qualifications
  • Male between 35–45 years old; Fluency in Arabic language is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law/ Master’s Degree in Law or equivalent; Certification in Corporate/Commercial Law is an advantage
  • At least 6 years progressive legal experience in F&B, QSR, Retail, or Shopping Center with proven expertise in contract law, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution
  • Solid background in industry legal frameworks, particularly relating to franchise agreements, supply chain contracts, labour compliance, food safety regulations, and intellectual property protection.
