Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai, UAE, seeks a qualified real estate and construction lawyer to manage litigation, disputes, and coordination with external counsel. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial, construction, development, leasing, and service contracts, and provide day-to-day legal support to the Head of Legal and business teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law with at least 5 years in real estate/construction law, strong litigation experience, knowledge of FIDIC, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience in real estate/construction.
• Strong experience in litigation and contract drafting/review.
• Knowledge of FIDIC.
• Good knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation, disputes, and coordination with external lawyers.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, construction, development, leasing, and service contracts.
• Provide legal advice on real estate and construction matters.
• Review contractual risks and recommend actions.
• Prepare legal notices, responses, and settlement documents.
• Support Head of Legal and business teams on day-to-day requirements.
