Key Responsibilities

• Manage execution files and verify that execution requests include all required information and documents.
• Ensure judgments are executed within legal timeframes and follow up on fees and expenses.
• Communicate with case parties, negotiate execution mechanisms, and identify debtor assets.
• Meet with creditors, guide them on debtor assets or potential payment sources, and document meetings.
• Prepare legal memoranda and correspond with authorities including banks and land departments.
• Review seizure records for real estate, movable assets, and vehicles from relevant government systems.
• Coordinate with government and private entities regarding seizures, disclosures, and execution requests.
• Review settlement terms, ensure compatibility with enforceable judgments, and submit for approval.
• Identify agreement and dispute points between parties and advise on amicable versus compulsory measures.
• Schedule appointments with the parties, document statements, and process requests related to payments or deadlines.
• Audit requests for corrections in execution procedures or objections and respond with official memoranda.
• Approve seizure and execution decisions related to wages, bank accounts, and real estate according to execution orders.
• Review requests for postponements or installment plans based on debtor circumstances.
• Prepare legal templates, execution notices, seizure announcements, and ensure proper publication.
• Review all execution documents before issuing decisions and verify compliance with legal requirements.
• Send seizure and transfer orders to banks and institutions after final execution decisions.
• Monitor the progress of financial judgment execution and address obstacles to collection.
• Respond to parties' queries and provide updated execution status reports.
• Comply fully with the instructions of execution judges and UAE Civil Procedures Law (Federal Law No. 11 of 1992).
• Follow up on expert appointment processes, review expert reports, and prepare full memorandum for judgment.
• Verify financial shares and distribute amounts among execution parties as per enforceable instruments.
• Ensure judicial fees are collected before execution steps proceed.
• Participate in preparing studies on customer needs and contribute recommendations for improvement.
• Manage urgent, critical, and humanitarian cases and facilitate exceptional procedures.
• Coordinate presentation of wanted individuals to judges as required within execution files.
• Handle complaints, verify details, prepare reports, and assist in responses.
• Maintain communication with arrest and detention authorities for offender-related execution procedures.
